You don’t need my advice and didn’t ask for it, but after reading stretches of George for a long time, my thinking is that the single most beneficial thing to consider is possibly matching George’s face to his name somewhere in the masthead. I think it might lower the entry barrier for new readers. It would reduce the sensation of joining mid-story. Anyway, just an idea. Keep up the good work.
