I wish I could make money from cartooning full-time, but the sad reality is that I actually have to pump more money into this website than I take away. That’s why I have to hold down the dreaded DAY JOB in order to afford my castle full of Ferraris, Louis Vuitton briefcases, Clive Christian fragrance bottles, and Fruit Of The Loom boxer briefs. Anyway, I do web and graphic design to help string rent checks together, and for the past few days I’ve been working on…an interesting project to say the least. I’m using high-quality photographs of some higher-ups here, cutting out their heads, and pasting them onto the bodies of baseball players. For real! That is what I’m doing. That is what is going to pay for my cat’s food this month; making the head of the board of directors into a Derek Jeter-caliber baseball all-star.

I hope this glimpse into my daily life has made it a little more clear as to just why I create a comic strip.
