Sometimes, people just aren’t right for each other. There’s nothing wrong with them, personally. They just aren’t a good fit. This is just a roundabout way of saying that, yes, Greg can be seen as a moron for wanting to end this burgeoning relationship, but sometimes your gut tells you it’s just right.
And then she throws it in your face before you have a chance to throw it into hers. Puh. Women, am I right, guys?! Huh, huh??
