Polkas on 45

I really do have one of these MP3 alarm clocks, set to play Everlast’s cover of “Folsom Prison Blues” instead of a traditional alarm. I find that, every time it wakes me up, I have that song stuck in my head ALL DAY LONG.

    Back in the day, I heard a radio station playing Madonna 45's at 33. The result sounding like a male Motown group (That was early madonna - all fast and squeaky. The result was smoother and more soulful.)
  • I feel like my audience still knows what 45s and 33s are. And that, my friends, makes me happy.
  • Well, a solo from him would get me out of bed quickly to turn it off!
