Ay See Dee See

You may remember how, a while back, I made a comic about George scoring tickets to see AC/DC. Well, ladies and gentlemen, it was a real event, and this past Friday I was finally able to see my favorite band of all time live, in the flesh, screaming and flailing about like no 60-year-old men in their right minds should ever do. Fortunately for all of us, none of the members of AC/DC are in their right mind. While it was the most expensive concert I’ve ever been to, it was also the best, beating out such illustrious names as Aerosmith, Kiss, Van Halen, and even Metallica. While every single concert I attend holds some special place in my heart, this will be the one I fondly remember when, years and years from now, long after my drawing hand has become a gnarled claw, I lie on my death bed and mutter something incomprehensible about Angus Young’s boxer shorts.  I do have a little video from the show, but you’ll have to pardon the horrendous quality–I forgot my real camera so I had to make do with an iPhone. One friend commented that the same awesomeness I was witnessing also destroyed the phone.

You can certainly look forward to George’s exploits at his own AC/DC concert in the near future…
