Yes. Colleen has agreed to go on an actual, official date with Greg. I just checked, and the thermostat in Hell is broken. I guess I find it funny that the Greg attempted this not only being wholly certain of his impending failure, but actually training for it. In a way, I think maybe he’s got the right idea.
The very first girl I ever called on the phone for a date this exact thing happened. I was all prepared for the “no” answer, that when she said “Sure, what do you want to do?” I had NO answer at all. So, there I am stumbling on the phone like an idiot. Luckily she really nice and went ahead with the date regardless of my stumbling around like a fool.
I learned shortly thereafter just to make plans BEFORE you ask the girl… details, details…
