Haha thanks George. Facial expressions are my absolute favorite things to draw. And good comments from everyone all around--I've also heard that advice, Denaya. I simply haven't met a wine I wouldn't drink :)

Also! Never cook with a wine that you would not drink! You don't cook with food you don't eat, why use a liquid that you don't like the taste of?

The secrets to cooking with wine is to one, use it in the cold months. Two, use it in meals that you plan to have time after to laze around and digest, and three, make sure that everyone is eating it so that everybody will be too drunk to notice you're not sober.

I'm not too big on cooking myself. It's the tasting I like best! Same goes for wine.
