Boiling Point, Pt. 1

That’s right. At some point, George managed to upgrade to a Wacom Cintiq 12WX.

Wow, I just had a Ren & Stimpy flashback because of this… they were selling rubber nipples and the horse was freaking out on them… then asks for rubber walrus protectors… “Call the poleeeeeeeese…” Best flashback this morning…

  2. Bearman says:

That is the most out of place flash back..haha

  3. John Norton says:

Hahaha, it really was. But, I loved Ren and Stimpy. So, I’ll allow it ;)

  4. Sandy says:

How do you like using your Cintiq? I’ve had mine a few months now, and I’m a lot happier with it now that they’ve put out the new drivers, but I’m thinking I maybe should have held out for the full-sized version. I do like being able to rotate it, though…

  5. Denaya says:

Well, the way George was like, “Did Rob send you?!” It was like the horse, “Did my wife send you?!?” I’m random. I apologize. I do love the strip, though. :-D

  6. John Norton says:

No no, don’t apologize, Denaya! I like it when people talk about things OTHER than George here. Especially other cartoons. Ren and Stimpy is classic and heck, I’m glad I was able to elicit a memory of it ;)

Hey Sandy, I love my Cintiq. I have the 12WX and the 21UX, and as much as I like the 12WX, I absolutely love the great big size of the 21UX. I mean, it’s all personal preference, though. If the 12WX works for you, then don’t dwell on whether you should have gone bigger. The portablity of the 12WX is the reason why I won’t sell mine. Sometimes you just wanna get out of the office/house and go somewhere else, and the 12WX is perfect for that.
